About The Blog+ Free the AnimalEXCERPTSHave you ever wondered why one guy can “eat like a horse,” stay perfectly lean, and live to age 90, while one girl “eats like a bird,” seems to always be hungry and miserable, and yet carries around 50 pounds of fat that would only be necessary if she were about to go into hibernation like a bear for a few months? (pg 8)I dove into it, and my net weight loss rate immediately doubled. Within a few months I discovered intermittent fasting (IF) thanks to Art’s mention of it, as well as Brad Pilon, author of EatStopEat. I will address the specifics of IF later in the book, but for now, understand that it’s simply a recognition that humans are highly adapted to periods of hunger..it is theorized that short periods of hunger can actually be beneficial to our cells. Fasting is, in a word, cleansing. (pg 14)This means throwing out your sugars, syrups, honey, and other sweeteners. Toss your bread, pasta, flour, and cornmeal. Get rid of most prepackaged items and all processed foods—frozen dinners, meal replacement bars, and of course, cookies and chips. (pg 63)...Buy the Book to Read More!

"Boost your testosterone naturally. Follow along as I tell the story of my journey, where without any drugs or special supplements, I [accidentally] managed to increase my clinically-tested testosterone levels by 40% in just a year. Find out the simple lifestyle changes and daily routines that could help improve your health and wellbeing."PrefaceMy treatment of this topic is not for the purpose of making anyone feel bad. But any taboo topic will do that anyway, and you’ll see me talk about “knowing the terrain” farther below in this manuscript.I’m aware that will happen and that in self-defense, some might become angry over those bad feelings...maybe even lash out and project those feelings in that way, as a result.I could say “deal with it,” but that’s not helpful either.I want to be helpful. Especially in this; because, this is merely one way to express and explain dynamics in human relationships that have wide application. I couldn’t write a general book on man-woman relationships. Sure, I’ve had lots of girlfriends in 62 years of life. Married for 18 years. Got a divorce.Who hasn’t? So, where’s the above-and-beyond credibility? But as a 21-year-old US Navy Midshipman on summer cruise, discovering Asian women in Korea and Japan for the first time in 1982...heading back to finish college and having a full-blooded Filipina coed girl for the remainder of school...heading off in 1984 to Navy officer duties in home-base Japan, with a multitude of visits to Korea, Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia over the next 5 years—filling up my 20s and early 30s with nothing-but-Asian?... Moving to Thailand in early 2020, 29 years since the last time I’d set foot here, 59 years old, and soon finding myself shacked up in Chiang Mai with a 27-year-old as though time had stood still?... And, of course, doing then what serious men with basic good intentions do here. You go to her village, build them a house, buy them a car, tend to the two kids, get them in better schools...all that stuff?Yea...that? I can write about that. This isn’t a guide book, a roadmap, or any sort of me telling anyone what they should or shouldn’t do. It’s what I’ve observed and what I’ve done as a result. That’s all.... I’ve attained the age of 62 in good health and in good shape. I don’t eat like a kid who can get away with bad choices on a daily basis. I don’t sit in outdoor girl bars all afternoon getting my ass kicked at Connect Four, growing a beer belly...in fact, ironically perhaps, that sort of scene is part of my motivation for cutting alcohol out of my life during this journey. For me, it’s a richer, more meaningful experience without it...and perhaps because it’s so normal to be half-sloshed on a daily basis.I’ve seen thousands of other men like me, drawn to these shores by the allure of the East. Some of them have shared their thoughts with me; the guys, and their exotic companions alike. Their stories, added to my own, form the basis of this narrative. But I’m not just relying on anecdotes. I’ve also got the facts, the data, and a keen understanding of the cultural norms of Southeast Asia—Thailand, in particular. I’ve been living here—an ex-Navy-O on foreign soil, just a stone’s throw from Pattaya Beach, where this guy first literally stepped ashore in ’86 while on R&R from the USS Reeves, at anchor in the bay.
"Explore a deep-dive analysis of Russian President Vladimir Putin's speech on the state of the world, and its implications for Russia and the West. This thought-provoking article challenges conventional narratives, offering an alternative perspective on global power dynamics, moral leadership, and geopolitical strategies. Regardless of your political leanings, this piece will provide fresh insights, spark critical thinking and broaden your understanding of current international relations.",Vladimir Putin has been saying the same exact things for a long time. And it's not faux-virtue signalling, either. It's unmistakable moral fortitude based upon the deep cultural, literary, artistic, and religious roots and traditions of mother Russia going back 1,162 years as a country with a name, but inhabited for thousands of years prior. In the large context and scope of its history, that 69 year experiment in hard-line communism called the USSR was a mere aberration, and I've encountered few souls in my life whom I think truly grasp that. Well, we have life spans on par with the longevity of that socialist experiment, so I suppose that's how we tend to think—absent a more thorough study and deeper consideration. Or, look at it this of the hundreds of millions of Russians who've lived and died prior to 1917, not a single one was a socio-commie in the formal, modern sense of the word.Believing that the Soviet experiment irrevocably and irredeemably condemns Russia and Russians forevermore is plain shallow-ass thinking, dismissing the possibility of redemption through lessons learned. It's regurgitating what you've been told, really. Stop that shit.I can help. For just one, who better to tell you of the pitfalls of un communisme si dur that it shut off all private economic activity—with the result of being hamstrung in international development and trade for decades to come, even after its collapse? So, if my assertion of Russia's demonstrably superior moral stance moving forward comes as a shock or WTF??? moment to you, consider that perhaps it's because you simply haven't paid any attention—having only been fed by the spoons of mainstream media, Fox News, and the forever-war-mongering wing of the Republican Party.I'll reveal what's really going on—what underlies all of it—as my final nail in the West's hegemonic coffin toward the end of this post, with a key clue coming from a most seemingly unlikely source...
