Finally accepting life was not going to be what I dreamt about growing up, I fall in love with a man who I think changes all of that, only to find out that his deep, dark secret would soon change my life forever. This is a true story about my two year relationship living and loving a man with bipolar disorder. Nobody could have ever warned me how this mental illness would drastically change my life or that I would become so utterly powerless against this sickness. The first chapter of this book describes our developing love for one another and how our relationship seems literally unbreakable. The second chapter begins with me experiencing for the first time one of Ismael's manic episodes, whereby I get to see a complete other side of the man I thought I knew. Lastly, the third chapter walks you through my daily journals of this horrific mental illness and how bipolar disorder becomes stronger than our love. What I experience living and loving this man turns into a complete nightmare ranging from his numerous arrests, gross negligence by the mental health system and ultimately one of his manic episodes raging out of control. It eventually leads to my first experience with physical violence. All in all, I am forced to watch as self-destruction literally takes down the man I love.“Crying From The Inside Out” is an inspirational story that will help others involved in the life of someone suffering feel like they are not alone in this toxic journey. Even as I lived each day trying to make sense of it all, this mental illness not only affected my life, but was affecting other lives in the media (i.e. - Senator Deeds' is stabbed by his bipolar son and then devastated by his actions, he turns a gun on himself and ultimately ends his own life; Amanda Bynes' family struggle with the mental health system trying to get their daughter help before it is too late; and the master chief contestant, Josh Marks, committing suicide during a manic episode). All of these people have to deal with bipolar disorder and I talk about all of them and more in the book.Whether you have experienced bipolar disorder in your life or not, this book will open your eyes so you can see how it is spreading through our world today by storm. Don't let this illness go unnoticed any longer! I am prepared to be the voice of these people suffering in silence and my goal is to let the world know how debilitating this disease is for everybody involved so that changes can be made to stop bipolar disporder in its tracks!God Bless

This is an Epic story. The time of the ancient sorcery and magic in the vast land of Revelyn has almost passed; the greatness of the Mountain Dwarves remains only in the tunnels and caverns which, with unmatched skill they fashioned in a past age, and the majestic Edenwhood, a race apart now dwell in lofty AlGiron high above, almost forgotten and lost in legend. Great gifts however still persist with men; but all that is good in valour and love in Revelyn is confronted by an evil which rises from a dark and different realm. Rema Bowman the mighty archer from the Highlands is caught in a web of evil intrigue which seeks his death and that of his love Sylvion Greyfeld for reasons deeply hidden. Zelfos the evil advisor to the royal usurper Lord Petros manipulates all things to his own end, opening a door to vile creatures from the evil realm which spawned him. Abducted, Sylvion is used in a terrible and desperate plan to trap Rema and defeat the Prophecy of the last arrow. Rema is torn by his longing to free his love Sylvion, and the knowledge that his cousin Serenna is in danger close by, and he cannot ignore her need. Unwittingly he finds himself caught in a web of violence fuelled by a return of sorcery to the land. Throughout his long quest, Rema’s love for Sylvion is challenged by many other competing needs, which reveal that he himself is not the person he thought he was. From the simple life in the Highlands, to Gymble’s river barge, to the raging seas in a foundering ship, to the final battle below Mt Vaudim, where the mighty Equin seem invincible, the action never ceases and many twists in emotion and relationship are revealed. The final truth in the desperate quest to save Revelyn takes all by surprise, but when revealed seems right, just as does the presence of the god-like figure of El-Arathor who seems forever entwined in the lives of men. This is a story of love and romance, magic and valour, great gifts and deep loss, in a vast land were the very creatures which roam free hark back to an ancient time where the imagination was less fettered than it has become. The power of the lost Shadow Blade and the amazing featherless arrows of Rema Bowman, finally combine to make a stand against the impossible power of evil, when the last arrow falls.

617 Squadron of 5 Group RAF Bomber Command was without doubt the most famous RAF Squadron in World War II. It was formed to carry out the precision low-level attack on the Mohne, Eder and Sorpe Dams, using Barnes Wallace's newly developed rotating mine, now commonly referred to as 'The Bouncing Bomb'. The raid was a tremendous success, although at great cost to the squadron, and proved to be a great moral booster for the war-weary British public. Guy Gibson VC was tasked with organizing the formation and training of the new squadron and the 'Dambusters' have been national heroes ever since. Although several books have previously been written on this epic adventure, this is a new look at their first raid and then the long and envious history of 617 until the end of the war. This new version of the Dams raid within the book, pays particular attention to timings, as it is easy to overlook the fact, that this was a complex three-phase operation, spanning 8 hours and 47 minutes, with action occurring simultaneously at widely dispersed locations. It also attempts to settle finally the circumstances of the losses, by examining the testimony of eyewitnesses on both sides, and presenting arguments to help readers decide for themselves what actually happened where previous accounts are contradictory or at variance. In the later war years 617 suffered greatly during an attack on the Dortmund-Ems Canal but recovered and their list of priority special targets then included the German missile research plant at Peenemunde, Hamburg, the U boat pens at La Pallice and the sinking of the battleship Tirpitz. The legendary Leonard Cheshire VC led the Squadron for much of that period. This newly researched account of 617's wartime record contains many first-hand accounts from squadron members and also German and Dutch witnesses who were present at some of the most spectacular raids and have explained many of the mysterious losses of the Squadron's aircraft.Lengthy appendices contain a Roll of Honour, Commanders, Airfields and aircraft, Operational statistics and Aircraft Histories.REVIEWS..".a great balance between historical research and easiness for reading... covers with impressive details the operations, without being a dry enumeration of the mission debriefing reports...highly recommended."IPMS, 01/2010
No. 617 Squadron RAF Bomber Command is world-famous for its daring raids on the Mohne, Eder and Sorpe Dams, the Dortmund-Ems Canal and the attacks on the German ship Tirpitz. This book contains rarely seen photographs of the squadron's aircraft, crews and other behind-the-scenes operations. Each image is accompanied by a lengthy caption that convey the location and history surrounding the subject in question.
Paul Charles Morphy (1837-84) was an extraordinary and precocious a child prodigy who quickly rose to become the best player in America, and then the world, before he effectively retired from serious play at the age of 21. Morphy's prowess created masterpieces of attacking chess so beautiful that they endure to the present day. In textbooks all over the world, Morphy's name is synonymous with the romantic era, a time of dazzling sacrifices and spectacular king hunts. In this book Chris Ward critically examines Morphy's style, strengths and weaknesses- the first time that a contemporary Grandmaster has so systematically appraised Morphy's games in the context of the modern understanding of chess. Ward recounts many curiosities (such Blindfold Exhibitions, for which Morphy was famous), and there is a special chapter devoted to Morphy's most dramatic miniatures. Morphy's contributions to opening theory (in variations such as the Evans Gambit and the King's Gambit are also covered, and it is interesting that these swashbuckling gambit variations are currently seeing something of a resurgence. Chris Ward is one of Britain's leading professional players and trainers. He gained his Grandmaster title by winning the British Championship in 1996 in Nottingham, and was captain and coach to the English Women's team in Moscow 1994, Erevan 1996, and Pula 1997.
The Dragon variation of the Sicilian defence is a devastating weapon in the hands of a well-prepared player. Previous books on the Dragon have emphasized the need to memorize reams of theoretical variations, but instead, in this book, the author suggests a commonsense approach which will cut out much of the need for rote learning. He pinpoints the most critical lines and shows that the Black, contrary to popular belief, actually has quite a wide choice against most systems.
