
This is the topical issue of sports nutrition in 2016. Indeed, like Christopher Froome, athletes wishing to practice the ketogenic diet are multiplying, seeing in this food model (not so new) an additional way to increase their energy performance. This is called ketogenic diet, ketones or ketones in English, to be "keto-adapted". But what is really happening? What is this regime? Is it beneficial or, conversely, dangerous? Let us make the point, because there is in all these words, to drink and to eat.
