Every morning the little girl would wave good bye to her father as he sailed out on his fishing boat with the rest of the fleet and every evening she would wait on the dock for him to return. One day, however, he doesn't come back. This begins a journey by the little girl as she goes in search for him. Along the way she meets a friendly dolphin and an old turtle, who together help her.
