This true story begins in an Arizona prison, with T-Bone showing up at Shaun Attwood’s cell door completely blocking the sunlight out – due to his size, almost 6½ feet, 350 pounds, the prisoners called T-Bone John Coffey after the giant convict in the movie The Green Mile. Noticing the broad scars on T-Bone’s body, Shaun asked T-Bone if he’d been in a fight. Every single scar represented a different life-and-death fight story. But not only was T-Bone standing up for himself, he said it was his Christian duty to protect the young inmates who were getting raped by older ones. T-Bone was risking his own life going up against rapists, using formidable fighting skills acquired as a US Marine. Over time, Shaun and deeply-spiritual T-Bone became good friends. The contents of this book range from T-Bone’s fight stories – including some of the prison rapists he smashed – to the advice he gave to Shaun about staying mentally strong and keeping away from “No matter how cool it may seem, drugs will only lead to the police, prison or death!”
