This is a short story with a twist, and not just a peppermint twist. In a bizarre reality, Roger finds that while he’s not addicted to candy, candy seems to be addicted to him – and not just passionately, but aggressively. This is fun tale of another man's woes, as he finds it necessary to deal with a highly unlikely scenario."...[Candies were] bouncing off of each other, popping up here and there, as others swarmed over them like hungry ants. If it weren’t so terrifyingly bizarre, it would have almost been humorous. Chocolate bars were bullying tiny gummy bears, which fought back by ganging up on the bars and tearing them in two. The two halves would then bound after them like twin hounds on the hunt...There seemed to be a remote possibility that the fighting amongst themselves would give Roger and me a chance to make our getaway...."Enjoy some sweets before reading, because you may never look at candy the same again.
