Some words in Italian can be easy to read for English speakers. "Risico" means risk. Ah.Bond soon finds out that dealing with the criminal element can be extremely difficult in Italy. There's a lot of risk. In this short story, the Prime Minister believes international drug smuggling is now a national security matter, and M reluctantly sends 007 to investigate it in Italy.
