The Mentoring in-a box program holds the tools to create the diagnostics, coaching and process management pieces needed to empower Mentors and Protégés. You will receive two boxes – one for Mentor and for Protégé. Partnerships engage the tools together. Each box contains a card deck with Rapport & Activity Builders and a USB flash drive that includes mentoring 'rules of the road' and Mentoring Agreement template. A willing Mentor, a ready Protégé and Mentoring in-a-box are all the ingredients needed for success!
