
I am a woman recovering from Codependency. The first step I took was acknowledging that I had a problem, the next was finding a system that works for me.Codependents share a similar theme of poor self-worth – of loathing ourselves, our bodies, our ideas, our acts, and believing something’s wrong with us.Self-care is about putting an end to that theme so that we may come to know and fall in love with ourselves.It is important to me that I share what I have learnt throughout my journey. I wrote this book in order to help codependents break the cycle. My journey has taken years and I hope my self-help book can bring freedom and happiness to people.If I can do it, you can too!
