Between 1999 and 2002 Artur Yusupov produced and published in Germany a series of ten small booklets, each one covering a particular chess theme. These lectures included topics of a differing complexity, such as 'Candidate Moves', 'Passed Pawns in the Middlegame' or 'Back-Rank Combinations'.These booklets became quite popular, not only with German-speaking readers.
